Christ College will be holding it's annual Recommitting To Christ seminars in Feb (date to be confirmed) and I will once again be leading a mens sub-forum around the role of faith in fatherhood. This year we'll be doing a day hike (nothing too strenuous Phil!) and am trying to organise for Eric to get his friend with the Sauna tent to lend it to us at the mid point. This was a great success two years ago although this year we'll make sure to bring more water.
Anyone interested in joining us should grab me or Pastor Mike on Sunday and pre-register.
Keith.

A "blog" (weB-LOG!) about me-Keith van Graff and my relationship with the LORD and our Saviour JESUS CHRIST. We (my wife Maureen and I) are devout members of Christ's College and adamant followers of the word of OUR LORD. We also believe OUR LORD intended us to live and be proud of the bodies he gave us. Seven years ago we were led to Naturism and have never looked back. We see celebration and beauty in a life without threads.

Cooking with Maureen-The Garden of Eden Fruit Salad
Hello everybody.
The LORD tells us to be humble (Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips-Proverbs 27:2) and indeed I try but many people complement me on the food I bring to pot-lucks, church fund raisers and family gatherings. (Yes-she is a great cook and maybe this once its okay to be proud!!!- from Keith).
Well thank you Keith for that-you've made me blush. Anyway today I wanted to share one of my favourite recipes with you.
Today I'm going to be showing you how to cook The Garden of Eden Fruit Salad.
Keith and I are committed naturists and I hope in the days to come to be able to tell you more about the pleasures of cooking naked as GOD intended but for now it is important to note that you can prepare this dish with as little or much clothing as you need
-IT WILL NOT AFFECT THE FLAVOUR OF THE DISH.
The Garden of Eden Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
One orange (we like Florida oranges-yum-full of sunshine)
One banana
One tin of Del Monte Tropical Fruit Salad
(I have left apples out of this dish for obvious reasons. We urge all others to respect this but if you do include them, please drop 'The Garden of Eden' from the name of the dish)
1. Gather all ingredients. You will also need a chopping board, a sharp knife, a bowl, a spoon and a can opener.
2. Peel the orange and chop it into pieces and put in the bowl
3. Peel the banana and chop it into pieces and put in the bowl
3A. If you are using an apple, you don't have to peel it but you should wash it and chop it into pieces and put in the bowl
4. Open the tin of Fruit Salad and pour it into the bowl
5. Mix it up with the spoon
6. Put GladWrap on it and chill it for about two hours
7. Enjoy it with Jello or
A New Day Dawns
Good morning and welcome to the future where we can celebrate the food and the bodies the LORD gave us via the technological miracle that is weB-LOGs.
Over the coming years my wife Maureen and I will be sharing insights, advice and recipes that can help others find the light we hold everyday in our hearts.
To everyone who already lives in a good Christian home we say hello and to those who have perhaps wandered from the light we hope to shine a light on the path back.
We have a lot of fun in the van Graff household and I want to share that fun and happiness with all of you on the world wide internet in lands near and far.
